Regular maintenance reduces unexpected downtime for battery floor scrubbers
For commercial cleaning fleets, unplanned machine downtime directly affects daily cleaning schedules. Proper routine maintenance of battery-operated floor scrubbers extends service life and keeps stable cleaning performance.
Battery maintenance
The G3 mini floor scrubber adopts a 24V 14Ah interchangeable battery.
1. Complete full charge before first use; avoid long-term storage at low power.
2. Two charging modes are available. Remove the battery for separate charging to avoid occupying the cleaning machine.
3. Inspect battery terminals regularly to prevent dust accumulation.
Daily inspection for squeegee and brush components
The machine uses LINATEX® 560mm rubber squeegee blade. Check blade wear after every shift. The squeegee lock system allows quick replacement without extra hand tools.
10-inch brush and scouring pad holder are consumable parts; inspect brush bristle wear regularly to guarantee consistent brush pressure of 30/32kg.
Tank and vacuum system care
Detachable clean and dirty water tanks can be fully removed for cleaning. Empty and rinse the wastewater tank after each workday to avoid sediment buildup. Overflow sensor needs regular inspection to ensure protection function works normally.
Simple daily and periodic maintenance protects core components of battery floor scrubbers. The modular design of G3 mini floor scrubber simplifies part replacement and routine inspection for cleaning teams.
